We're a CARB-credentialed mobile emissions testing service based in San Bernardino, California. Our Motivation

Matthew Davis is a CARB-certified emissions tester with hands-on experience testing hundreds of heavy-duty diesel trucks across the Inland Empire. He founded Davis Clean Truck Check to give truck owners and fleet managers a faster, more convenient way to stay compliant with California's HD I/M regulations. CARB-credentialed, certified in OBD and opacity testing, and registered in the CTC-VIS testing system.
